"Everything about this hotel is 5-star ! The check in was quick, friendly, and additional information was provided for the area. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable. "Staff was friendly and room was great. Only issue is the ski shuttle didn’t start yet even though one of the ski resorts the shuttle takes you too is opened. They should add the shuttle dates to the profile."

"Location is spectacular for an overnight to Neuschwanstein castle. Lovely and pristine clean. Dinner was lovely. Overall a wonderful experience. We rented a car for an easy drive to Neuschwanstein from Munich. Free and easy parking. Next to ticket office for castle and horse carriage to top. My huband and I had a lovely day/overnight from Munich. "

"We had an amazing room with a beautiful view of the mountains, and the room was very comfortable. The only minor suggestion was having cell phone chargers as otherwise you need a German power adapter is coming from the US. Highly recommend this property!"
