"The balcony on 3rd floor is just some outdoor space with a green tarp around it. The room was great though. Very clean. Couch was comfortable Elevators were very slow. One out of order so we just did the stairs Perfect location for comedy festival and so close to the harbour front"

"The employees are always gracious and go above and beyond, in my opinion. The patio is a beautiful place for an afternoon cocktail. The room was spacious. My only complaint about the room, on this occasion, is that the bathroom was very small and congested for 2 people. Beyond that, I look forward to our next visit."

"Pros -Great breakfast and pre-dinner (530pm) snacks (lots of variety). -Bed very comfortable -I usually wake up in hotels, but we didn't hear anything in the hallway, we were at the end of the hallway away from the elevator. -Nice cool temp - it was hot outside. -Close walking distance, but also the UBER came right to the door. -Right beside the Citadel -Checkout at noon - usually 11 in most areas. -Nice to have a kitchen to store/reheat food. Cons -Breakfast done at 930, a bit early, but I was able to bring food up to the room to people who were sleeping. -The parking is not in the building, more of a "need to know", unload everything to the lobby then take the car to park. Same on checkout, bring everything to the lobby, then go get the car. Overall a great stay."

"This is a neat place right downtown. Clean, comfortable and cool. Self serve. Shared kitchen and bath. I didn’t see more than a couple of other guests so also pretty quiet."
