Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. The reservation clerk we called was a “bit” impatient and was very rude and unhelpful about how we would get to the hotel. We had never been to...

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room was large very large, which was much needed after a week of visiting other cities and staying in tiny rooms. It was comfortable - especially the temperature control. It seems that in most Euro hotels, the mode is controlled centrally, which is rough for cold sleepers in the fall/winter. We were able to have light air conditioning at night with a fan only during the day, which really aided our sleep! The room had a ton of windows, but the curtains...
