"The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Exceptional resort great facilities all over it wonderful beaches access & use of beach areas exclusively for hotel guests, amazing breakfast options, fabulous diner although limited options great gym facilities incredible spa facilities clean huge & incredibly relaxing. "This hotel is listed as a luxurious resort and while it has many amenities such as a spa that was wonderful and brand new and a great pool, much of it needs repairs and updating. They have no luxurious amenities in the room. The furnishings are inexpensive, plastic soap holders and plastic trash can old sheets that are thread bare and rough, towels that are worn and stained we had to ask for new. No towels at the pool or at the sub chairs. You have to rent them daily from the desk if you need...
