The communication by the staff was cold and on the point of rude. The staff did not care about the customer.
I cancelled my booking and left before to find another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel if customer service and a warm atmosphere is what you want. Also if you don't run a credit card they demand $500 cash deposit!! ( Especially as a return customer).
The hotel I walked into around the corner - central hotel - came up with an option within a minute. ( Intravel a lot for work and leisure and will never stay at the Zen again
