However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. My only criticism and it’s not really of any concern is that the outside lacks curb appeal and gives you a wrong first impression as the inside is fine for what it is."

"The few days were spent in a very comfortable apartment that had all the necessary fixtures and fittings to support our stay. However, the only concern was that the quilt on the beds were not summer quilts and as such sleeping was a problem, so much so that one of us slept in a single bed in the other bedroom. Perhaps this change during the summer months could be considered."

"The staff are so lovely, from check in to breakfast, all staff members were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough. I had a couple of queries about the area and the person checking me in took the time to help me. The room was spotless and finished to a very high standard. The whole hotel felt luxurious, it was quiet and the breakfast options were great. I will definitely stay here again when in the area, thank you to a wonderful team for a fantastic stay! "
