"The room was exactly as advertised. Big and spacious. Hot water was good. Rooftop restaurant is wonderful with great service and very good menu. Very nice spread for breakfast. Also, when we asked for extra supplies in the room they were very promptly delivered. All in all a very good stay. "

"Room was very nice and comfortable all amenities provides. However the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere with views of nothing but trash filled lots. Not ideal for tourist but wedding and business guests. Restaurant food was good but service very slow sometimes taking up to an hour. Lots of construction was going on at the time too multiple power outages."

"Excellent buffet breakfast! Location was perfect for me close to the airport. Room is large and very comfortable with all the modcons required for a pleasant stay. I checked out the pool temperature which was perfect for the extreme heat outdoors! The staff were exceptional especially the restaurant and security team. Very hospitable and accommodating. "I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive. During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. "For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting "

"The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in."

"The AC was not working properly and not cooling below 27 degrees. We checked in late night and adjusted it to 23 and till morning it was not moved below 27. Property is at a good location. Breakfast is ok with most items being cold."

"Breakfast, staff, pool, room was all lovely. On my 5 sunbeds at the pool though so we had to wait on two for a while - as people were just using them to keep their towels on while in the pool. We actually wanted to lay on them."

"Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things...
