Cost about half the going rate in Downtown. Nice landscaped and beautifully maintained gardens belonging to the hotel at the rear."

"The lobby, restaurant, staff and amenities were great. Our room faced a building so not a great view and the shower curtain didn’t keep the water from going on the floor. The bed was super comfortable and the room nicely decorated. Overall I enjoyed our stay but would make sure to get a room with a better view next time."

"The staff is very helpful and courteous! Loved the complimentary water at check-in, checkout, and also in the fitness room. The fitness room is exceptional. Free weights, weight machines, Pelotons, quality treadmills, etc."

"This hotel was perfect, very clean and the staff where exemplary and very helpful. Great transport links to the city of Boston. Very close to shops, eateries. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, restraunt and bar, and beautiful seating area to sit after a long day exploring. 10/10"

"Hospitality when someone arrived with lots og luggage in a cold weather/raining. No one there to assist atleast to open the door. I booked a room on 15 and 16 march and thein on 22 march 2024 which included breafast but was charged separately"

"Staff was unable to unlock door to our suite upon arrival and we had to wait in the hallway for 30 minutes before maintenance arrived. Then we were locked out again and were moved to another suite where the chain on door was broke. The property is old (chipped paint-worn furniture) and has small windows and dim lighting. It does not have a small boutique charm. Entire staff is foreign."
