"Nice place to stay very close to the water. Great breakfast, and I would stay again. My only complaint was that it was quite smokey in the lobby, hallways and sometimes in the restaurant. The room was not smokey."

"We had a great memorable experience in 5days we spent there. Very clean and spectacular room view with a private pool, great excursions(the quads experience was adrenaline filled, the day trips well planned, all worth the spend very much), the food was varied and tasty. There were lots of public swimming pools and we could see people enjoying drinks , sun bathing and music, last but not least of course the staff, they were so helpful and friendly shout out to Maria, klaudia, Anna, Aman, EF and Violeta."

"The property was in a location that was difficult to reach by public transportation due to the lack of sidewalks. The lobby was nice but the room needed updating and didnโt have any amenities except for mounted shower gel & hair products. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff was efficient and some people were very helpful."

"My husband and I spent 4 nights for our honeymoon at Knossos. We were surprised with an amazing room upgrade to a sea facing room with a pool, which was so incredible. The food was great, both at buffet and the a la carte restaurants, and every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they just want you to have a great time. Highly recommend."

"It's a super clean place, the room is amazing & very comfortable The hotel is close to the center & to the bus stop (walking distance max 10 min) the beach is 20 min away by car and the seaside restaurants are very close & interesting The staff here is super helpful & nice. The breakfast is tasty & varied - just the necessary yet super fresh! Recommended if you're looking for a comfortable city hotel"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but had few occasions with the dinner staff when they were very rude with us. They would not let us sit in the dining area as they had prepared the table for next morning and we didnโt want to sit outside. Even before we started eating or drinking they would come and ask us how would you pay which made us very uncomfortable. At one occasion the staff came to our room at 10:30 and knocked when clearly there was a Do not disturb sign hung on the door"
