newly renovated facilities with a handful of rooms for the ultimate exclusive experience. Breakfast could switch up a bit more, as they offered the same selection for every day throughout my stay. The Restaurant has a great dinner menu, definitely worth a try.

A true haven!

I had the most amazing 3 night stay at Alsus! The room had the most comfortable bed I slept in ever in Europe. The complimentary breakfast was always plentiful and delicious. The pool area is pristine, and during my stay in April, it was empty! The beach is a short 4 min walk away. The local bus connects the hotel to the airport for ease as well.

Our stay at Alsus Boutique Hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully modern, with great attention to detail throughout the design and atmosphere. The food and drinks were of excellent quality, and we especially appreciated the breakfast, which was diverse and well prepared. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities are plentiful and very well maintained, contributing to a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is good: the beach is only a short walk away, and there’s both a supermarket and a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach Heraklion in about 15 minutes. Overall, Alsus Boutique Hotel combines modern comfort, warm hospitality, and convenience in a perfect way. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Wir waren für 11 Nächte im Alsus Resort und fanden es super schön. Es ist ein kleines, ruhiges Hotel. Die Pools sind sehr angenehm und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, Mini-Kritikpunkt: es hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein dürfen, dennoch sehr lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel in dem man gerne länger bleibt. Was man jedoch wissen muss, von den Haupt-Touristenspots ist etwas abgelegener, aber trotz Flughafennähe-kein Fluglärm.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt (Mädelsurlaub zu zweit) und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen, dadurch jedoch sehr ruhig und eine Oase für Entspannung. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Strandabschnitt, allerdings ist der Strand fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und man kann sich für 6€ am Strand eine Liege mieten. Man erreicht die Innenstadt sehr schnell mit dem Auto oder Taxi. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, sodass uns der Abschied schwer gefallen ist.
