"Worst hotel I've ever been to!!! Stayed less than 10 mins and check out. The lobby smelled like cat urine. Everything was blocked off with caution tape. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. Cobwebs throughout the room and the shower was very loud and leaked. It looked like a dump site out our rooms window. Would rather stayed in my car than place. Luckily we were able to book a room at a different hotel."

Top Dallas Hotel Reviews

Oglebay Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was excellent, but the jacuzzi was down and has been most of the year!"

Hampton Inn Wheeling

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling."

Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack

8/10 Good

"It's a nice casino property - clean, spacious rooms with key features; clean bathroom in good shape, comfortable beds - at a very good price. All staff were polite. Very slow check-in / check-out. Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. Also, quite slow service in restaurant. It's a bit isolated relative to rest of town. It has bar / restaurants but a bit of a drive to go to any local places, which like to do when traveling. Probably won't stay again but the gambler / travelers will find it to be a good stay."
