"The staff members we came in contact with were friendly. Check in was fast and smooth. The room was clean. Only issue is parking. Parking is listed at 55 a night for valet parking. But they do not have there own parking garage. So you must pay for parking either way.. I ended up paying nearly 100 dollars for 1 night of parking but thats on me for not utilizing the Hotel valet parking."

"The front desk was amazing. I had the pleasure of interacting with several of the front desk staff and they were pleasant, helpful and really seemed to like their job. The room was modest in size and did not have a microwave, but it was clean and quiet. Exercises room was adequate and clean."

"One of the best hotels stays I've experienced while visiting Charlotte. Room was spacious and spotless. The Staff was welcoming and helpful. We nearly missed the continental breakfast Saturday morning. When we called the Front Desk, we were told that we had twenty minutes left. My sister and I never moved so quickly. Thank goodness we succeeded as the breakfast was nourishing. I was especially impressed with the instant grits and the kielbasa sausages. Lastly, there were enough parking...

"Great place to stay in the Lake Norman area. There was a lot of road construction in the area that caused congestion and couldn't access sidewalks so you really can't leave the hotel on foot, but that's not the hotel's fault. Fresh coffee in the lobby at all times and very clean. I'll stay here again."
