I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we checked in, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Our room was missing basic necessities like towels, toilet paper, and shampoo. When we asked the front desk for them, we were told to wait for housekeeping—which never came.
We also reported that the hair dryer wasn’t working. All they said was they would “note it,” but no replacement or fix was offered.
The hotel itself was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell of mildew and marijuana. There were no advertised amenities like continental breakfast, and during our three-night stay, housekeeping never once cleaned our room—even after we specifically requested it.
The staff was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There was zero sense of customer service or hospitality. Overall, this hotel fell far below even basic standards. It was uncomfortable, unclean, and poorly managed. Avoid if you value cleanliness, service, and honesty in advertising.
