The overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The only staff member who was pleasant and helpful was one gentleman whose name I unfortunately do not remember. Aside from him, the rest of the staff came across as unwelcoming and overly confrontational, which made us feel uncomfortable rather than valued as guests.
Room service was poor. Although the room itself was a nice size, the shower curtain had visible blood stains, which was unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. We also did not receive daily housekeeping service, nor did anyone check in or knock to ask whether service was needed during our stay.
There were also issues at check-in, as my reservation was placed under someone else’s name. One front desk employee repeatedly spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and provided incorrect information despite speaking very confidently. Having previously worked as a hotel front desk agent myself, I understood the process and expectations, which made the interaction even more frustrating.
The only positive aspect of this stay was the price. Unfortunately, the hotel had an unpleasant odor throughout, and the overall atmosphere felt more like strict security enforcement than hospitality. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
