I have 2 children, one who is SEN…and the staff couldn’t do more to support us from understanding our concerns about our initial rooms with balcony and changing rooms for us no problem thanks to the lovely Magda to providing a pizza for our child every lunch and dinner time (this is all he will eat). The hotel itself is immaculate in condition and cleanliness! The housekeepers do such a wonderful job and are just so kind,...

"I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected. The breakfast was the same every day and was boring. The orange juice was clearly not freshly squeezed to me, but the staff insisted it was. The shower head was very dirty, please train the staff to pay attention to the small details. Nonetheless, all the staff are very nice. "

"I really enjoyed my 4- night stay here. You're in the heart of everything & steps from the beach. Hundreds of dining options & bars to choose from. Staff is courteous & friendly for all your needs. Weather was beautiful in late November & the water was warm enough to swim. My only ding - water for the shower was only warm, not hot. Other than that it was fantastic & I would stay here again. "
