"This place was a welcome stop in South Dakota. The staff were great answering all our questions. The room was spacious and clean. We could park right outside our room making unloading our car easy. Would definitely stay here again."
"The rooms were clean, nice staff. Unfortunately both ice machines were broken during most of our stay. In addition one of the dryers in the laundry room was working poorly, no signage was placed on the dryer so that we were informed. The smoking section was right outside the front doors, it could be moved to a better location. The overall hotel location was great, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and activities!"

Fake scrambled eggs were barely warm and very bland. No fresh fruit was available at any of the breakfast times. Bland fake eggs and bland sausage, no fresh fruit, staff not keeping containers filled—a blah from us."
"Breakfast was hot & varied each day. Plenty of hot & cold drinks. The grounds were decorated for Fsll & that was festive. The location is close to both Mount Rushmore & the Crazy Horse memorial, both 'must-sees'. The room was comfortable & spacious w/a Teddy Bear on 1 bed. The town of Keystone is within walking distance of hotel. The staff was helpful & available."

We returned to our room the first day, skipped the second and found a place to sit the third but others were standing and wondering. The food was ok, the coffee was good but ran out frequently. We went at a time for seniors, and seniors drink coffee and we need to sit when we eat. Parking was amble and the parking lot was well lit. Overall,...
