If you want to drink in the evening you need to go out or have a night cap in your room. Definitely no restaurant, only thing available in the evening is a packet of crisps!"

"I arrived at the hotel from Berlin Airport around 8:00 AM. I fully understand that this was very early for check-in, but I expected at least some flexibility, especially from a larger hotel. I thought there might be a possibility to check in around 12:00 or 1:00 PM, but the staff was not friendly or helpful, and I was made to wait until exactly 3:00 PM. The frustrating part is that when I finally got into the room, it was extremely empty, dark, cold, and uncomfortable. There was barely any...
