"the morning after checkin, there was no hot water in my room. As there is no front desk, I emailed the hotel, but got no response for the full day after multiple emails. I talked to house keeping who texted the management. Hot water was back in the evening, still without any acknowledgment from management."

"The room didn’t have bedside light or the main door light working. They were reasonable and understandable as I kept my luggage in the reception area after checkout to get the lunch and did the laundry after checkout. Yes, I had to get out of the room at 11:00am. Place to close to all good restaurants. The room had a small fan! Didn’t cool the room at all!"

"こんなにデジタル化されてる場所だとは！ 驚きました。 最初のエレベーターのドアから、部屋のドア、ランドリーのドアまで、自分の端末を使ってオープンしていく仕組みです。 エントランスには1人いらっしゃいますが、あまり丁寧には説明なく、 自力でエレベーターを上がった後、お部屋はどこだ？と、わかりにくかった。 迷子になりかけましたが、 幸いにもこちらのスタッフさんが廊下にいてくださったので、親切に助けてくださり、 やっと使い方を理解できました。 一通りこの直接的な説明を、チェックインでしてくだされば問題ないかもしれませんが… こういうのを経験してない者にとったら、とても難しい体験でした。 お部屋の中のベッドや台所もデジタルで動くもので、びっくりしました。 外出中、もし携帯の電池がなくなったら、夜はエントランスのドアも鍵がかかってるので、すごくピンチになります！"

"Ein sehr gutes Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat ein fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht den Bahnhof in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß. Auch der Parkplatz im selben Gebäude (auch wenn er separat bezahlt werden muss) ist äußerst praktisch.
