"Beautiful hotel"

"Short-notice booking, great location, lovely, helpful staff. Original room had faulty air conditioning and room was changed (upgraded!) without quibble. Lovely breakfast"

"Great place to stay .good location short walk to the attractions. Slight issue with water pressure from shower but other than that was a great couple of nights."

"Lovely rooms, great quiet aircon, really modern and clean throughout - right next to station but so quiet obviously well sound proofed. Friendly, helpful staff. The only thing I think could be improved on is a slightly wider selection on the dinner menu, not much to pick from on the bar menu and our daughter doesn’t eat pizza or burger so we couldn’t eat in the Marco’s restaurant any kids menu should really include chicken and pasta. Regardless a fabulous stay will definitely be our go to for dance competitions in Blackpool, felt very safe here."

"Had a great Monday to Saturday stay. The two pools are so welcome on the hot summer days. ( the banister leading down into the indoor pool needs some attention) . Shame the outdoor pool bar is only open on a Saturday,was a little disappointed that the steam room was out of order. But many thanks to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable."
