"The room was ok (had a two room apartment) however there what’s a karaoke bar beside the building and it kept us awake. The pool area was great right by the sea, however the pool was not very clean.The location of the hotel was very nice due to the closeness to the sea, the sea view was magnificent. The beach was calm and not very many people was there. The breakfast was okay but missed for example cold milk or yoghurt. We tried the restaurant for one night, but it was quite expensive (as most of the restaurants are) and the portion was small. We really liked the neighbouring restaurant Hemmingway, very good food and drinks!"

"The room was very nice. I will say that I didn't have any furniture on my balcony, which was kind of a bummer. I've seen other complaints about staff being rude, not the case with me. The staff at the restaurants, bars, and rooftop were very nice and very friendly. I have seen other reviews about the front desk staff being rude. Personally? I didn't experience that but didn't have very many interactions with them other than hello. So, no problems there. I would recommend this hotel for individuals that just want to chill. If you are used to all-inclusives with a ton of entertainment options on-site, this is not the place for you. Also, keep in mind that there barring Copper and Stone (which is very nice and convenient) but there is nowhere to purchase outside goods ie) snacks, bottled water, beer, etc. If you want something for the room, pick it up on your way to the hotel, if you do not have a car. Otherwise, it can get a tad bit pricey. All in All, it was what I was expecting because I did a lot of research in advance. "

"My wife and I visited for her birthday and Valentine’s, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect trip. How unbelievably stunning the views are from both the property and the rooms. The location is maintained impeccably, and every detail feels thoughtfully cared for. The service is truly top-notch—special shoutout to Kenneth, Cesar, Giovanni, and Glenn, who went above and beyond and helped make our stay feel extra special. We would absolutely love to return, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional experience."

"The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. They did, however, make it very clear that we were NOT hotel guests - apparently apartment guests are the equivalent of the unwanted step child of every fairy tale. The property map is unreadable and inaccurate, even the valets didn’t understanding the map when trying to get us to our selected restaurants. This property advertises everything as walkable, but the streets are steep and management does not make it easy to get golf cart transportation if you need it. The valets were very polite but severely overworked as the property is definitely understaffed. Prices at the onsite restaurants and shop were outrageous for only average quality. To sum it up, we loved the APARTMENT but this company needs a complete overhaul of their management and some INTENSE training on customer service."
