"The room was lovely, I love how quick the staff’s response times are. We did enjoy the pool. I don’t believe breakfast was included with the stay. It is an extra charge to park in the garage per day & I believe that was the only downside."

"Everything was clean very nice place to stay. The restaurants and bars are very popular with the locals so you see a lot of foot traffic. Some ppl come for dinner and stay at the bar for a drink so it stays really lively . But no complaints. It’s a really classy place to stay"

"I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great."

"Had a room with two queen beds. One of the mattresses needs to be replaced. Comfortable but extremely squeaky - to the point it would wake both of us during night. Don’t appreciate the rather hiked up prices on weekends of Chiefs games but that’s probably true for all the hotels in the Country Club Plaza area. Otherwise our stay was very good."

"Besides the room itself, all the other areas of the property are in major need of updates or renovation -- parking garage, elevator, etc. are really run down and old looking. When I pulled into the guest parking garage, I thought I was booked a room in the hood. But luckily the room was nice.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but the bed felt a bit lumpy maybe time to replace. The hot water in the sink was scaldingly hot!"
