"The hot water was not hot"

"I can tell that this is a newer building. It was a more modern design than of the the LaQuinta’s I’ve stayed at. The only downside was the parking fee. I get it if there is a parking garage in a horribly busy city area but they have their own parking lot on property. I’ve never stayed at a LaQuinta that has guests pay $18 a day for parking! Chattanooga in general has limited parking & pretty much every hotel I looked at charges for parking…but most of them are in areas with limited space. The only advantage of this hotel parking lot, is that it does give you in & out privileges. Meaning, you aren’t being charged for every time you have to leave…so this was an advantage compared to those hotels in Chattanooga. But other than being charged for parking, this was an excellent stay. The two front desk employees at check in were so friendly. They genuinely seemed nice & were very friendly. Shout out to them! The hotel was extremely clean, in a safe area, had a nice free breakfast & was only 2min drive time to UTC’s campus. Also, the soaps & lotion smell SO GOOD! It’s a brown sugar-fig-woodsy scent, loved it!"

"Room smelled fresh without odor of cover-up spray. I heard road noise during the night and found the window was not fully closed and latched. The alarm clock had the wrong time and I didn’t find a USB charger. "

"Location was great, right in the centre of Chattanooga. Plenty of restaurants around, and a walk to the wonderful Aquarium and river. Staff were helpful. The full kitchen was useful to have and the room was very spacious and well equipped. Parking was over the road in a public block but was quite big and close to the hotel. $25 a night."
