"The receptionist was lovely, we booked two rooms both had brand new bathrooms and the rooms were modern and clean. The hotel location is easily walkable to the US embassy and Battersea is not much further which is a lovely area. Great value for money, very convenient, we would definitely stay here again "

"Lovely stay very close to Pimlico tube. Beautiful, safe area. Hotel is immaculately clean and staff cannot do enough to help you. They accommodated our early check in without us asking when we were expecting to drop bags off early. Hearty breakfast with table service. Three lovely staff serving us breakfast - so you didn’t have to wait - great service. Would definitely stay again. "

"The accommodation is beautifully presented and all the fittings are of a high quality and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and during a heatwave the provided fan was sufficient to keep the room cool enough to be confortable. I spent the evening in the pub (next door and also the reception for the property) which was also well presented and welcoming. "Great hotel in perfect prime location for what we needed. Check in was smooth and the young gentleman was very helpful. Good sized room and very clean, would use again. No lift so if you had a large suitcase it would need to be taken up the stairs but for us with a small suitcase it was no issue."
