The room was clean and looked recently refurbed with basic furniture as expected for the price and also had a great sea view and plenty coffees and teas. Good location with easy access to tram stop for central Blackpool. Some areas of the hotel are dated with narrow maze like corridors when I went up in wrong lift first time but otherwise a great hotel for the price. "
