"We lived the spacious comfortable hotel. Everywhere was spotless and comfortable. It was charming, like stepping back in time. The food was with plenty of choice and well cooked. White cotton tablecloths on the tables. We will certainly be staying again in the future."

"What a lovely old building to stay in. Very relaxed. Wonderful grounds, although perhaps a little more attention could be on the fish pond. We were in the additional annex, with a really large, spacious room with two additional beds separated, and a large king size bed. "We had a lovely few days stay last Bank Holiday, it is a charming pub with great staff, nothing is too much for them, very friendly and breakfast was Best! Delicious! My only suggestion would be to have at least brewed coffee! Beautiful place and very calm even though there is open bar downstairs."

"we stayed in birch and the place is very clean and cosy. the owners were very kind enough to provide coffee/tea and fresh milk available in the caravan as well as toilet rolls, dishwashing tablets and liquid. they also provided towels and even a bath mat (which is very rare in caravans). the cooking equipment is complete and even include a variety of glasswares for drinking alcohol and not just the usual drinking glasses and wine glass. the place is very quiet and the hot tub jets was a lovely...
