All staff were friendly, room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast stayed well stocked even within the last 10 minutes of it closing, it was very quiet (we saw various families but never heard them), and the price was reasonable. They have a pool but we didn’t use it. It was located near various restaurants and stores and within 10 minutes of downtown, the beach, and museums in the area.
