"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"My first impression was the lobby smelled of weed. Room was clean also bed comfortable. However if you stay on the highway side...I now see why there is ear plugs in the room, very loud but they do really try to cut down on the noise of traffic by the 2 panes of glass sliding doors but renders the balcony useless. I would stay again but not the traffic side of the hotel."

"The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on."

"Room was not clean and very outdated. Customers were yelling at staff in the lobby every time we went downstairs because their rooms were dirty. Free breakfast/happy hour snacks were always empty and not refilled after multiple requests.
Only good thing was the MTO omelet bar. The chef was very nice and professional. "

"Very expensive for a pretty small room, they made us pay an extra $20 for parking when we already paid $315 for everything (which it said everything was included) went to get food and they close at 10 and also expensive food. We were going to buy toothbrushes as a couple was leaving and they mentioned that they went to go stay in their room and there was people stuff all over so the staff gave them a room already occupied 99% that was our room. Which is ridiculous. Also the parking garage was so...
