"Excellent location and staff is very efficient and polite"

"Good"

"It is a very old plain brick building… looks like a military office building or a jail. Centrally located but not attractive building and windows… elevator did not work half the time"

"It was a charming hotel built in old Amsterdam houses. Had some unique and steep spiral staircases to get to our room. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. It was centrally located so that we could walk to the Anne Frank house and De Wallen areas. We also walked to the Rijksmuseum though it was a bit far."
