"My daughter and I both got sick after staying here. Air was extremely dry to the point it caused bloody noses, woke up the first day with a sore throat, second morning with a sore throat and stuffy nose. By the time I drove back home I had the chills and very lethargic. If anyone has heard or dealt with the hotel sickness phenomenon you’ll stay somewhere else. Other than that the staff was pleasant "

"We went during a sports travel tournament for children so the hotel was filled with children not an issue as I have kids. We weren’t able to use the hot tub due to it being filled to max capacity until closing (11 pm) by mostly children. And the noise level from 1pm on from I assume the bar guests downstairs having their smokes outside was a bit much then we heard some very aggressive rough housing until about 3am. Seems like more of a party vibe place to stay or a place for youth tournaments-...

"Very nice place, this is actually the first time I’ve been to a motel. And it was amazing, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. And, most importantly, the room is nice and clean. The washroom has walk in shower which I preferred the most. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try living in a convenient motel."

"From the moment I entered the hotel, staff was AMAZING!! Very helpful. Very friendly. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience. Restaurant food is delicious! One thing to note is that the casino is not smoke free. They are building another one on the property that will be smoke free, though, so eventually there will be two separate casinos."

"The room we booked was okay overall. I waited about 10–15 minutes in the lobby before a staff member assisted with check-in, though he was patient and accommodating. The room was decent, but we had to call the lobby for extra towels and other items.

"it was nice but they don’t clean the rooms each day , we stayed for 2 nights , plus we didn’t know about the extra fees charged after agreeing to Expedia price when we book ! There is an Alberta tourism levy plus a destination marketing fund which was an extra 30 bucks per night ! The Breakfast was good lots of variety but found the eggs and sausages were cold . The staff were awesome and the hotel was in great location. we walked all over ! I would book again but just a few issues we didn’t...
