"Clean room. "

"The hotel is clean, but the staff left me hanging, they turned the heater on, which was nice, but no way to override that for your room. When I called the staff for cooler temperature setting, they told me no option is available. I sweat through the entire night and could t sleep. The front desk was nice enough, the manager Hussain instead of helping said I was the only one to conplain instead of helping me. I guess you get what you pay for at this place, but his attitude was not helpful. The hotel front desk team was friendly."

"This is a very old and dated hotel. They allow smoking in all the rooms. At least the windows opened. Good thing it was spring. Staff do not speak English, so made communication difficult. "

"Beautiful location. Some good amenities. But the property needs some up keep. The room and facilities need to be updated. The staff were accommodating. The transportation arrangements were available,"

"The rooftop has a gorgeous view of Mt Fuji. The room is spacious and they have bikes for rental. Delicious breakfast. You can walk to the station if you want (easier to stop and take pictures), but they have a daily shuttle service to take you to the station "

"Property was dated and staff were on the door to clean the property a couple of minutes before the check out time. Last bus to station left exactly at 10am which was really inconvenient as they hadn’t given any forewarning."

"Had emergency leave 2 days early. So checked out after day 2/4 and staff seemed excited. 0 refund and double booked our room to someone else we are guessing "
