"We love that the hotel was pet friendly. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the linens did not seem clean and the TV remote or phone did not work."

"My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. The grounds were quiet but can be maintained much better. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail...

"The staff was very friendly. The room was nicely size, but there was a huge water stain on the ceiling, the floor was dirty, the microwave oven did not work, the front desk worker came to try to fix it but could not. Most problematic was the door. there was a half inch gap between the door and the frame. The parking lot and highway was right outside of the door, and was very loud. the airport shuttle was quick and the driver helpful"

"Room was basic but extremely clean. Parking was good. The hotel sign was a bit hard to see but no fault of the hotel itself. Overall a really decent place to stay. "

"I reserved a room with a King bed and they ended up giving me a room with 2 small beds. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Just wish I would have gotten what I paid for is all."

"La habitación estaba sucia. Encontré ropa de algún huésped que anteriormente la ocupa. Cabellos basura el baño mal lavado. Tuve que rociar todo con Lysol. Para poder sentirme un poco más segura en cuestión de limpieza"
