We had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to finally come. When we got to the hotel to check-in, we were told that only 2 of our 3 rooms were available. So 5 people shared 2 beds and there went enough towels or extras available on request. One room had recently housed a smoker, despite the signs. Overall, I wasn’t expecting much and this place delivered less. However, I should say the area felt safe and the room seemed clean.

Very bad experience, I booked "airport shuttle included" through Expedia, but they refused to provide a shuttle for the morning. Only after making very difficult efforts did they finally agree to take me, but then they refused to drop me at my needed airport terminal, I was dead tired, and then dropped me off at the farthest place possible from my terminal. I desperately needed food in the morning, but nobody was able to open their snack fridge. We asked them for help, but they refused. Complete disaster.

翌朝、帰国の為に1泊しました。 飛行機の関係で朝5時にチェックアウト。 【不満な点】 支払いはEXPEDIAを通して前払いです。 パソコンの調子が悪いのか、20分カウンターで待たされました。 しかも、チェックイン時に、エクストラチャージとして、15ドル請求されます。 文句を言ったら、キャンセルすると言われる始末です。 ずっと文句を言い続けたら、5ドルでいいと言われました。 なに？その謎ルール。 このホテルは信用出来ないので、カードではなくキャッシュで5ドル渡しました。 カードキーを渡されて、部屋を開けたら、別のアメリカ人女性がチェックインしてました。 同じ部屋に振り分ける時点でセキュリティーとして、怖いホテルです。 フロントに文句を言いに行ったら、次のお客さんにも、15ドル請求して揉めてました。 新たに部屋を用意してもらい、部屋に入りましたが、今度は自分達の部屋に次の客をダブらせるのではないかと、安心できない一夜でした。 私たちが最初に渡されてチェックインしていた女性も長時間フロントにクレームを言ってました。 彼女もネットで支払い済みなのに、チェックイン時に15ドル払えと言われた事も文句言ってました。 今年はワールドカップも開催されるので、空港近くで、すぐ隣にショッピングモール(Round oneも入ってる)もあるので、日本人の選択肢に入るホテルですが、オススメしません。 ネットで支払い済みでも、別料金請求に使ってる部屋の鍵を割り当てたり、メチャクチャです。 日本人の被害者が出ないように書き込ませてもらいました。

The stay was so bad it was almost funny! The bathroom door wouldn’t close, if you needed any privacy you had to wedge your wash bag against the door to stop it opening. The sink tap was broken, you could only turn it on pushing it up to to the centre position where a trickle of warm water would be all you’d get, it would’ve take an hour to fill the sink. There was an adjoining door connecting us to the noisiest neighbours you could imagine, I knew it was going to be bad when we heard them get ice from the machine at midnight. Now I know it’s not the fault of any hotel if your next door neighbour’s noisy but there’s absolutely no noice insulation whatsoever. They may as well have had their shouting match at the bottom of our bed. I don’t think we’ll be back in a hurry.
