"Beautiful location close to Yunlong Lake. Excellent customer service: Staff quickly corrected their error when they initially accidentally gave us a room that looked different from the pictures for what we had booked, and graciously upgraded us to a bigger suite. Breakfast was delicious and many different varieties available (both Western and Chinese). Robot delivery available. Handy vending machine in lobby for late night snacks and also easy access to shopping and other eats. Best pick when staying in Xuzhou!"
