"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family...

"We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday."
