硬體設施新穎，湖畔景色優美，用餐環境良好，空間動線都極佳，大眾湯有兩種選擇，有泡湯以及大澡堂皆可使用，由於飯店位於洞爺湖畔，晚上周邊較無可逛之處。僅有一項令人失望，飯店電梯按鍵時常失靈，開關門反應過快，時常夾到人，或尚未全員進入電梯前，電梯即關門，這對帶學齡前兒童旅行的家庭，有一些危險。
