"Making improvement"

"Clean room and staff was accommodating"

"Loose handle on shower controls. Could not get hot water out of it. "

"Dirty a noise all night could not sleep"

"Parking was fine they said they had hot tub or jets in the tub there were none the hotel needs serious repair needs. The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been changed, the shower head barely trickled water, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls at there seams, it was just not at all what the photos shown and was the worst I had ever seen."

"Check in was slow, there were lots of people hanging around outside smoking weed, the room door didn’t close completely so you had to lock it just to keep it closed and the bathroom had used towels and wash clothes hanging in the bathroom."

"The room i got wasn't super clean and there were only a few channels on the television that actually picked up. Phone service was not great either for some reason. But the beds were cozy and the shower was sufficient."

"Nice spot to stay in Richmond considering the price. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and quiet with convenient parking right outside the door. I slept great and it wasn't far from my jobsite, can't complain!"
