"This is a beautiful old hotel centrally located in the inner Stadt that has been beautifully updated giving a sense of old Vienna but with a younger modern feel.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room large and comfortable with nice amenities including bathrobes, slippers etc.
The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and the bathroom was spacious, with good lighting, large towels and nice amenities.
The only fly in the ointment was the lack of hot water for 12 hours during our stay, the small pastry left with the note of apology didn’t really seem adequate for the cold shower.
We ate at 2 of the restaurants in the hotel and our dinner the last night before our departure proved to be one of the best meals of our trip which included several Michelin starred restaurants.
The service, presentation, and quality of the food delivered was world class. The wine selection is superb and my wife and I left feeling this restaurant needs to be on a todo list if visiting Vienna.
Other than the hot water issue we would stay at this beautiful property again"
