"Friendly hotel staff, who speak fluent English. Wonderful location, down the road from the main train station and a short walk round the corner for trams to anywhere. Enjoyable breakfast spread with a wide selection of coffee, tea and juices. The only thing I was very unhappy about was the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in among all the hotels I have been to.
