"This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk. The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families."

"The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. "We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. They booked us a separate hotel for a portion of our stay at no additional cost, transferred our bags and got us a gift. "

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. "Only problem was trying to find where to check in!! You do not check in at the address on the website and there is nothing mentioned as to where to go. We had to ask at 4 places in the neighbourhood before someone could help us. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. POST THE NAME OF THE HOTEL AND ADDRESS WHERE YOU CHECK IN!!"
