"Cottage needed lots of TLC in the way of painting, ware and tare and all over general update"

"Location and a comfy bed and lovely bath were the only redeeming features of this house. Lots of damp throughout which you can smell straight away also see. There was a large area on the stairs where wallpaper was missing. The twin room smelled strongly of urine which I feel came from the carpets. The view from the back not the best so don’t look too much. There were cobwebs in main bedroom by the wardrobe to the wall also large cracks and paper coming off. This property has no curb appeal at...

"Overall the property was pretty good, it just lacked a few basic things - Washing up sponge and some laundry detergent. Being pretty isolated, these would've been really useful once arriving. The upstairs was really nice, I loved watching the lambs across the road and it gets lots of afternoon sun. "

"Fabulous views, perfect location for us, as we were there to help move our son into nearby accommodation. Sadly little chance to explore the area, but I’m sure we’ll be back!"
