"We stayed at the Hamilton for a weekend girls trip in DC! It was a great stay other than that the AC was not working in our room and others so it was very hot in our room, sometimes leaving the door open. We weren't able to switch rooms but instead we got $100 hotel credit on top of our $20 hotel credit (or we could have been refunded and done a different hotel but we did not do that). The staff were very helpful and kind and let us know the AC problems and tried there best to help us in everyones situation, so big thank you! On the last day we ended up forgetting our wallets in the safe and had to call them to see if they could find it and mail it back since we are like 1hr 30min away. We had Charlie in security help us and he is amazing, so kind and understanding and quick to help us start shipping it back and help us. He really made us love this hotel, because of how nice he was and helpful!"
