At check-in, the woman at the front desk was dismissive and rude. She told us where to park but never explained how to pay the $15/day fee. That evening we found a citation on our car. We later learned it was only a warning, but this could have been avoided with basic instructions.

We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

"Would not allow to check out late so I could attend a work call. When asked was just told no.
Didn’t get my Hilton honors water or ever even asked if I was a member.
Air conditioner was extremely loud and appeared broken. Smelled of burning. Was told nothing could be done when asked about it."
