"Very clean and room was great"

"I repeatedly asked for a later check out bc I work nights. Housekeeping at 11 am banging on the door and the room phone ringing off the hook after I advised the night clerk I needed a later check out and was reassured that it was not a problem. There were ants crawling up and down the walls I mean huge ants and those centipedes (two) of them in my room. One crawled across my foot. Please do better. Will not be back!"

"Disgusting, depressing, and cable is crap and goes out constantly. Indoor pool is beautiful but not open for no reason. Dark, dirty, way too much money, breakfast costs $15 each?! Do better BW! "

"My husband had just had mouth surgery. The front desk manager as well as the housekeeping manager were absolutely phenomenal!!! So kind so helpful and the property was immaculately clean… we will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thank you again for your kindness! "

"The main criteria for me in a well rated hotel is a clean space that allows a comfortable night’s sleep. While this hotel was clean, their central air was not working during my two night stay and they had no fans available. The temp in my room did not get below 75 and for a woman in my season of life, it was unbearable. When I inquired at the front desk about a fan, the clerk told me he had it worse because he was standing under hot lights all day. Also. It really makes me mad when housekeeping loudly raps on the door more than two hours before checkout time despite the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. "

"The hotel was overall clean and comfortable. There were a few areas of the common place that could use some TLC. Like the elevator. We were right above the breakfast area and in the morning we could hear a loud talking under us beginning around 4:30 AM which we realized was the staff members setting up the breakfast which was a little annoying because it woke us up much earlier than we had planned. We would stay again. Very convenient, clean and comfortable overall."
