"My review is purely off the location itself… I loved the room, loved the staff. The location, however, it’s right in the heart of downtown so idk what I expected but the parking is TERRIBLE. You can park yourself in the garage across the street for $30-$40 but I don’t think there was IN/OUT privileges. I think it costed $50 for them to valet park it but during check in.. there was very few Valet so they took a while to get to the cars. Other than this, we loved our stay."

"We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was friendly, room and lobby were clean. We couldn’t use the pool as there was an issue with the pump. Breakfast was good - nothing special but better than just cereal.
We used the parking garage diagonal from the hotel attached to the luminary building. Cheaper than the valet parking the hotel offered.
Room service was done the second day. They took 3 dirty bath towels and replaced them with only 1. Strange but we were leaving the next morning so we made due

"The hotel itself was in a perfect location, very nice hotel but they gave us a room with a clogged toilet. That management had already known and we only find out because of their house cleaning staff. That was very disappointing."

"Advertised parking and there is no parking lot. It’s valet parking for more than 50$ per night and your car is squeezed where they can find space, or just left on the street. You don’t have access to come and go as you please because you must request and wait for your car to come out sometimes taking upwards of 30 minutes"
