"Courteous and prompt customer service. I stayed in quad room with Kaaba view as I was travelling with 4 little ones. The view is spectacular. My kids told me it was the best vacation ever and they want to come back again and stay in the same hotel and room."

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "
