"I booked a hotel Staylo Abhinandan Palace in Ayodhya, but when I reached the provided location, there was no hotel at all — only old ruins. When I called the hotel number listed, they told me the actual hotel was around 4 km away from the location shown in my booking. I even shared pictures of the spot to show that there was no hotel there, but there was no concern for the customer’s safety or inconvenience. "Room was average with soiled sheets. The people made up for it as they were so helpful. The staff would do well with attention to linen and sheets. These were pretty poor though we reached there at 3 AM. "
