He took great care of us, was always responsive and supportive, and guided us with useful suggestions for sightseeing and exploring Varanasi. His friendly nature and willingness to help made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. We are very grateful for all his support and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi."
