Hotel Rooms with Balcony in Daegu

"This small boutique hotel was a pleasant surprise. I gave it a 5-star rating on every aspect and need to emphasize how helpful the front desk staff were for us….. foreigners with no Korean language ability. When I return to Daegu one day, I will most definitely stay at Rivertain Hotel again. "

"5시 체크인으로 예약 했는데 객실이 준비되지 않았습니다 준비되지 않은 상황에 먼저 양해를 구하거나 상황 설명 없이 짐부터 카운터에 맡기고 일정 진행 후, 다시 오면 된다는 식으로 응대했습니다. 객실 상태 자체는 좋은 편이었지만 응대하는 카운터 직원의 방식이 잘 못되었다고 생각합니다"

"They gave us free upgrade to deluxe twin rooms for the family. Check in staff helped us order a pizza as well. There weren't enoigh parking spaces so we parked on the sidewalk in fron of the hotel though."
