"I stayed here during an overnight connection and had a good experience. The room was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the professional, English-speaking staff. A quick taxi from T2 was only about 6,000 KRW (US$4). Heading back to the airport, the hotel’s shuttle bus was a full-sized motor coach that left on time (on the hour). If you need a comfortable place to recharge before your next leg, I’d definitely recommend staying here."

"Lovely hotel, guest services were wonderful, staff spoke English making it easier for this non Korean speaking American to understand. The room was spotless and spacious. Beds were not tempurpedic, but they were comfortable. Nice hot water and good water pressure. Large bottles of water are provided daily."

"Had an amazing time here! The ‘spa pool’ was just a busy recreational pool full of children, but the saunas were lovely & relaxing. The service was 10/10 & the house band at Rubiks was great too"
