I ordered room service as well and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it and will keep this hotel as a place to go whenever I am in Beijing. The hotel exceeded the photos, beautiful interior. "Place was fine, in general. The heat was too much for me. I finally called the front desk and a lady came up and unlocked the window. Even with the window open and the heat off it was hot. I would have liked to hit the nice gym if it wasn’t so hot as well. Breakfast was good. Staff attempted to help with the use of a translator. "

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room and the hotel itself were great. The staff here was amazingly incredible helpful and friendly. I was staying during my birthday and the staff actually came up to my room to deliver me a birthday cake and wish me happy birthday, which was fantastic. The hotel also had a buffet which had excellent food, and was open throughout the day. I loved my stay here at this hotel. I plan on returning in the future."
